Wow what is with the weather these days? I mean its January and the reports say that it will be 9 degrees tomorrow, now that's crazy! I remember the days when we would have endless snow storms and remember we had to even call out the army. Now, it would be freezing cold one day and the next day it would be mild. What's going on with our World????
You should check out that movie "The Day After Tomorrow" - not that it's fantastic or anything - but it's got a very cold, very icy theory regarding the answer to your question - what's happening with the world.
