One of the Greatest Women
My Grandma would always have that special touch that just made you feel better about everything. When I was sick she would know that the only thing that would make me feel better is her rubbing my back and at that moment everything would seem to be ok. She was able to help raise 8 grandchildren and I strongly believe she is the reason why our family is so close nit. She was also a very religious woman, if I was not up to going to church she would just have to give me this look that made me feel so guilty that I would have to change my mind. I remember her always telling me that if I ever needed anything in life, ie. being successful in a job interview, she would say "Just always talk to God, like how me and you are talking right now and He would surely bless you." That is one of the many key advices that will stay with me forever. I also remember her always asking me if I was going to watch tv with her or iron my clothes for work, but I know that really ment that she just wanted company and to talk my ears off by telling me her many stories of Jamaica and/or who at the time was stressing her out... My Grandma never like goodbyes, when I would leave for work and say "Goodbye Grandma," she would always tell me "Don't say goodbye, say see you later." So I guess this is not a goodbye but see you later Grandma...Today I celebrate this wonderful woman's life and I know she will always be watching us from that great place up above...

Well said. It's those sayings that will always stick with us and give us strength.
